There are many disadvantages to Daylight Savings Time. The unnatural time change disrupts human circadian rhythms (negatively impacting human health in the process), increases fatal traffic collisions,and increases health risks such as heart attacks, mood changes, and increased suicide. "Fast Time" was first introduced in 1918 as a means to saving energy and getting more use out of daylight. Sadly, when humans change the plans of The Creator, it does not fare well.
There are a few things you can do to help your body prepare for the time change;
~ prioritize daylight exposure
~consider relaxation techniques
~set clocks before bed
~upgrade your sleeping environment
-eat a healthy diet
