Our eighth annual organic, plant based, made from scratch Valentine Dinner will be held on Friday, February 14, 2025. Seating will begin at 5:45pm and will continue through 8pm with live music from 5:30-9:30 pm. Our full menu will be announced soon, but rest assured, you'll want to go ahead and save your table early before we fill the house. Your five courses will be an Amuse Bouche, Soup with fresh bread, Salad, Entree and Dessert and includes house beverages, tea and drip coffee. Our full bar will be open and available to all guests over 21 years of age. Reservation fee required with call in, or pre purchase tickets in our link.
We will have chef, bar and barista specials so come fuel up before and recover after your plunge with us!
Oklahoma native, singer/songwriter Ryan Shows will be sharing his newly released album with us on Friday, January 31st. Trust us, you need to hear this up and coming old soul. Between his soothing vocals and intricate pickin', you will be mesmerized and entertained!
Join Darrell & Kelli for a fun and informative hike through the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. Darrell has hiked the trails for over forty-five years now and is very familiar with the terrain. He will assess the general level of the group and choose an appropriate trail.
Kelli will be hiking alongside and will be happy to discuss plant based nutrition, detoxing, wellness routines, strategies, and healthy habits!
We will meet at the cafe and either carpool or caravan to the trailhead.

Our Dance Therapy workshop is designed to promote emotional healing and self expression through the art of movement.
Participants will initially be guided through a series of structured and improvisational dance activities and movements aimed at fostering liberating confidence in a welcoming, non judgemental environment.
DJ Bruddah Barry will provide the music that he has carefully selected to take us all on a beautiful journey.

Join the friends of the Wichitas for a day of fall cleaning where volunteers will gather far and wide in celebration of our public lands. Meet at the Visitor's Center at 0830 on Saturday, September 28 to work together removing trash throughout the public use areas of the refuge. There will also be a "Bio-Blitz" which teaches participants to identify and record various flora and fauna species on the refuge. This is a great way to learn, excercise and help!
