We will warm up with some light to moderate cardio/strength high intensity intervals for about 25 minutes, and then transition to classic Mat Pilates exercises for the remainder of class.
In one hour you will get a total body workout, plus balance and flexibility challenges!
Bring a hand weights (if you’d like), a water bottle, and a mat if you have one, if not we have extras. This class is inside the Medicine Park Event Center behind the Post office off of Hwy 49.
